R. Reagan Allen Law Firm, LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective August 2, 2026

This policy describes what information reaganallenlaw.com collects and how it is used. The short version: the site collects almost nothing.

What the Site Collects

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking scripts, and it contains no contact forms or user accounts. The firm's hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, including the requesting IP address, the pages requested, and the time of the request, in order to operate and secure the service.

What You Send

If you telephone or email the firm, the information you volunteer is used to respond to you and, if an engagement follows, to represent you. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes. Please note that email is not a secure medium; do not send sensitive information before an engagement is established.

Third Parties

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes server logs on the firm's behalf. Email to the firm's address is handled by the firm's email provider. Neither arrangement gives those providers any right to use your information for their own purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
